Short PD Getaway

It's the school holidays for a week and hubby and I thought we should bring the boys out for a short 3D2N trip to Port Dickson with our neighbour, which is also a family of 4 with 2 boys!. It was a last minute decision, hence the last minute hotel reservations. We almost couldnt make it for the trip because most hotels and resorts in PD were fully booked, eventhough the rates are super high during the holiday season. Nevertheless, we finally got our rooms in Thistle Hotel and Resort reserved through a travel website in Singapore.

So, there we were embarking on an hour and half journey to the neighbouring state of Negeri Sembilan. The journey was just nice as mommy and daddy had to endure the endless "Mommy, are we there yet?...." from our elder boy; as well as the crankiness of the younger one.

Finally, Thistle, Port Dickson greeted us with bright and sunny climate and most importantly, comfortable and clean hotel rooms with superb hospitality!
Needless to say.......the kids enjoyed themselves tremendously although it's just a short holiday....
